Melton Skatepark Graffiti - Update!

The guys who did the graffiti were going to be coming down on Friday 22nd August to finish it off but one of the artists had hurt his back and couldn't get here. They have said that they will come and finish it so watch this space!

Skatepark Repaint

We are still working on getting the park repainted. Don't hassle any of the guys down the park about when it will be done, any news will be posted on here in due course!

Competition

A lot of people have been asking about whether there will be a competition this Summer. These things take a lot of organising and as of yet we haven't got round to organising one, we just haven't had the time. They also cost money, something everyone is usually short of.

And so, as there might not be an 'official' Melton Skaters jam this year, there is nothing stopping you organising your own competitions. If you plan on organising some form of competition at the park, let us know and we will spread the word. It might also do you a few favours to speak to the Town Estate and Council and see what they think to the idea, and get the official go ahead from them, as they are the bodies that control the skatepark.
